Delhi HC Clears McDonald's Arbitration - (22 Jul 2016)

Delhi HC has allowed McDonald’s to approach the London Court of International Arbitration against Bakshi and his wife, in a dispute over ownership of Connaught Plaza Restaurants (CPRL) between Vikram Bakshi and McDonald’s India.
