Kerala HC: Intra-Court Appeal Maintainable Against Ex Parte Ad Interim Orders Affecting Remedies - (06 Mar 2026)

Kerala High Court held that an intra-court appeal under Section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act, 1958 is maintainable against an ex parte ad interim order or any order affecting a party’s right to pursue a statutory remedy, while deciding a reference made by a Single Judge and a related writ appeal.
