Bombay High Court: Presence of Cross or Jesus Statue Doesn't Make One Christian - (02 Mar 2026)

Bombay High Court held that having a Holy Cross painting or Jesus statue at home does not prove conversion to Christianity, and quashed a District Caste Scrutiny Committee’s order denying Stawan Wilson Sathe the "Mang or Matang" Scheduled Caste status.
