SC: Parallel Insolvency Proceedings Allowed Against Debtor And Guarantor - (27 Feb 2026)

Supreme Court held that insolvency proceedings can simultaneously continue against the principal debtor and corporate guarantor for the same debt, as their liability is coextensive and remedies are concurrent
