Delhi High Court: Wards of Disabled Soldiers in Service Not Eligible For Priority-II Reservation - (26 Feb 2026)

DEFENCE

Delhi High Court held that wards of armed forces personnel disabled in action but retained in service aren’t eligible for Priority-II reservation under the Defence quota, which is meant only for wards of personnel discharged due to service-related disability.
