Bom HC: Summons Served through Mobiles are Valid under Sec 70(3) BNSS - (18 Feb 2026)

Bombay High Court has held that under Section 70(3) of BNSS are valid since purpose of service is to put the other party to notice and to give him a copy of the papers. The mode is surely irrelevant
