SC Denies Relief to 9 Disqualified Rebels - (21 Jul 2016)

SC has refused to stay disqualification of nine rebel Congress MLAs from Uttarakhand but clarified that the notice, given by them and the BJP members, for removal of the Assembly Speaker would remain alive.
