SC: Casual Workers Can't be Denied Regularisation if Similar Daily Wagers were Regularised - (17 Feb 2026)

SERVICE

Applying the principle of parity, the Supreme Court regularised the services of four sweepers, holding that once regularisation has been granted to similarly situated employees, others in the same position cannot be denied equal treatment or discriminated against.
