Allahabad HC: CGST Arrest Memo Must Include Grounds as Annexure; Reasons to Believe Not Needed - (17 Feb 2026)

Allahabad High Court held that under Section 69 of the CGST Act, 2017, the Commissioner’s “reasons to believe” need not be provided to the accused, but the “grounds of arrest” must be mandatorily furnished as an annexure to the arrest memo.
