Kerala HC: Petitioner’s Identity Must be Verified Via SHO in Cases of Bank Account Defreezing - (17 Feb 2026)

Kerala High Court ruled that no writ petition or similar plea for defreezing bank accounts shall be entertained unless the concerned Station House Officer (SHO) is made a party respondent, ensuring proper verification of the petitioner’s identity.
