J&K&L HC: Undenied Pleadings are Deemed Admitted by Implication under the CPC - (16 Feb 2026)

CIVIL

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court held that when a respondent fails to specifically deny material facts stated in a plaint or writ petition, such undisputed pleadings are deemed admitted by implication under Order VIII Rules 3 and 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
