Jharkhand HC to Govt.: Pay Rs 1 Lakh to Minor Boy’s Family after Alleged Custodial Death - (21 Jul 2016)

Jharkhand HC has directed State Government to pay a compensation of Rs 1 lakh to the family of the minor boy, who died in custody allegedly due to police torture on July 7.
