MP HC: Pen-Drive Evidence Cannot be Introduced At a Late Trial Stage Without Proof or Relevance - (11 Feb 2026)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that belated electronic evidence must be clearly relevant to the charges and duly provable, refusing to accept a pen drive with the deceased patient’s alleged voice recording in a forgery trial, as it concerned medical negligence and not the offences framed.
