Del HC: Woman Cannot Demand Re-Entry to Abandoned Matrimonial Home if Alternate Accommodation Exists - (11 Feb 2026)

Delhi High Court held that under the DV Act, 2005, an aggrieved woman does not have an absolute right to reside in a matrimonial home she abandoned when suitable alternate accommodation is available, as the Act does not guarantee indefeasible entitlement to a specific property.
