Delhi HC Seeks Govt.'s Response over alleged 'Inconsistency' in Rape Law - (21 Jul 2016)

Delhi HC has sought response of Delhi Government on plea which alleged that amendment made in 2013 in section 375 (rape) of IPC was "incorrect" and "inconsistent" with section 377 (unnatural sex) of IPC.
