SC: Special Court Cannot Order Confiscation While Appeal Against Attachment Confirmation is Pending - (09 Feb 2026)

In a key ruling on Section 8 of the PMLA, the Supreme Court held that when an appeal against confirmation of an attachment order is pending before the Appellate Tribunal, the Special Court has no jurisdiction to decide confiscation proceedings.
