Bombay HC Denies to Grant Interim Relief to FTIL on Asset Seizure - (21 Jul 2016)

Bombay HC has declined to grant interim relief from attachment of assets to Financial Technologies Ltd (FTIL) in a money laundering case, involving Rs.5,574.35 crore fraud at National Spot Exchange Ltd.
