Kerala High Court: Universities Must Regulate Student Political Activities to Curb Campus Violence - (09 Feb 2026)

EDUCATION

Kerala High Court directed all state universities to establish comprehensive regulations to control student political activities on campus, following petitions including a PIL after a student’s death at Maharaja’s College, Ernakulam, to prevent violence and ensure safety.
