Del HC: Mother's Right to Education and Personal Growth Cannot be Restricted Due To Custody Disputes - (06 Feb 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a mother’s right to personal growth, dignity, and higher education abroad is part of her Article 21 right to life and liberty, and cannot be restricted merely due to pending custody or visitation proceedings.
