Chhattisgarh HC: Rape is an Affront to Womanhood and a Brutal Violation of The Right To Life - (04 Feb 2026)

CONSTITUTION

While upholding a rape conviction, the Chhattisgarh High Court observed that rape is an affront to womanhood and a brazen violation of Article 21, infringing on dignity, bodily privacy, and personal liberty.
