MP HC: Spouse’s Income Cannot Be Clubbed With Public Servant’s for Disproportionate Assets Case - (30 Jan 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court quashed a sanction order under the Prevention of Corruption Act, holding that a public servant’s spouse’s independent income as an advocate cannot be included in his income to prosecute him for alleged disproportionate assets.
