Delhi High Court: SC's 'Mihir Rajesh Shah' Directive on Written Arrest Grounds Applies Prospectively - (28 Jan 2026)

Delhi High Court held that the Supreme Court’s ruling in Mihir Rajesh Shah v. State of Maharashtra (2025), requiring written grounds of arrest before remand, will apply only prospectively and cannot be enforced for arrests made before the judgment’s date.
