Supreme Court: Registered Sale Deed Carries Strong Presumption of Genuineness - (27 Jan 2026)

Supreme Court held that a registered sale deed enjoys a strong presumption of validity and genuineness, and therefore cannot be casually or lightly branded as a ‘sham’ merely to challenge or oppose a sale transaction.
