Supreme Court: DDA Must Adopt a Litigation Policy To Screen Cases and Avoid Unnecessary Filings - (22 Jan 2026)

Supreme Court imposed a cost of Rs. 10,000 on the Delhi Development Authority, noting its consistent delay in challenging orders, and emphasized that the DDA should have a litigation policy to screen cases in advance so as to avoid belated filings and save valuable judicial time.
