Supreme Court: High Courts To Decide Article 226(3) Applications Within Two Weeks - (20 Jan 2026)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court disposed of a Special Leave Petition against an interim status quo order of the Allahabad High Court and reminded the High Court of its constitutional duty under Article 226(3) to decide applications seeking vacating of interim orders within two weeks.
