MP HC: Diverting Goods From Delivery Point is Misappropriation under S.407 IPC - (19 Jan 2026)

CRIMINAL

Madhya Pradesh High Court held that diverting goods from the designated delivery point constitutes misappropriation under Section 407 IPC, a key element of criminal breach of trust, and that actual sale or disposal of the goods need not be proved.
