Patna HC Quashes Bihar Notification Over Ban on Gutka and Pan Masala - (20 Jul 2016)

Patna HC has quashed Bihar Government's notification banning manufacture, storage, distribution, transportation, sale of any type of gutka and pan masala which contain tobacco or nicotine.
