Madras HC Denies to Declare Search by I-T Officials as Illegal - (20 Jul 2016)

Madras HC has refused to declare search by Income Tax (I-T) Officials on Advantage Strategic Consulting Private Limited as illegal and said if the prayer sought for is to be considered, it would result in interdicting an investigation process.
