SC: Vendor Remains a Necessary Party in Specific Performance Suits Even After Transferring Property - (13 Jan 2026)

Supreme Court reaffirmed that in a suit for specific performance of an agreement to sell immovable property, the vendor remains a necessary party even if he has already transferred his interest in the property to a third party.
