Delhi HC: Registered Property Title Prevails over Claims Based on Oral Family Settlements - (13 Jan 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a registered conveyance deed provides conclusive property ownership, and unproven or vague claims of an oral family settlement cannot override or challenge the rights of the registered owner.
