Ker HC: Victim Cannot File Second Appeal Seeking Special Leave Against Acquittal Under S.419(4) BNSS - (12 Jan 2026)

Kerala High Court recently held that a victim cannot file a second appeal against an accused’s acquittal by seeking special leave under Section 419(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, affirming that the acquittal order is final and not subject to such review.
