NCLT: Suspended Directors Who are Prospective Resolution Applicants Cann’t Access Valuation Reports - (09 Jan 2026)

INSOLVENCY

NCLT Mumbai dismissed a suspended director’s challenge seeking access to valuation reports and other CIRP documents, holding that such reports are confidential and cannot be disclosed to individuals who are themselves prospective or competing resolution applicants.
