Jharkhand HC: Mere Breach of Compromise Terms by an Accused Does Not Justify Bail Cancellation - (09 Jan 2026)

Jharkhand High Court has held that an accused’s failure to comply with the terms of a compromise or payment promise does not, by itself, constitute sufficient ground for the cancellation of bail once it has been granted.
