Rajasthan HC: Father’s Rape of His Daughter Transcends Ordinary Crime; Victim’s Testimony Suffices - (09 Jan 2026)

Rajasthan High Court, while dismissing an appeal against a POCSO rape conviction, held that the victim’s testimony, as the convict’s daughter, constituted the most reliable evidence, as there was no reason for her to falsely accuse her own father, underscoring the gravity of the crime.
