Revisional Power U/S 25B(8) of Delhi Rent Control Act is Supervisory; HC Cannot Revisit Facts - (08 Jan 2026)

TENANCY

Delhi High Court reiterated that its revisional jurisdiction under Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act is purely supervisory and does not allow the court to reappreciate evidence or revisit factual findings recorded by the Rent Controller.
