SC: Public Sector Enterprises Cannot Act Against Retired Employees Without Clear Rules - (07 Jan 2026)

Supreme Court held that a public sector corporation cannot initiate or continue disciplinary proceedings against an employee after retirement unless its service regulations expressly permit such action.
