Allahabad HC: Being ‘Proclaimed Offender’ Does Not Completely Bar Grant of Anticipatory Bail - (07 Jan 2026)

Allahabad High Court recently held that the issuance of a proclamation under Section 82 CrPC against an accused does not completely bar the court from considering their application for anticipatory bail.
