SC Rules, Matrimonial Disputes Cases Can be Transferred out of J&K - (19 Jul 2016)

Supreme Court has ruled that cases pertaining to matrimonial disputes can now be transferred out of Jammu and Kashmir by the apex court for ensuring access to justice to litigants.
