Bombay HC: Housing Society Earning From Telecom Towers Isn’t An ‘Industry’; Staff Get No Gratuity - (06 Jan 2026)

Bombay High Court held that merely installing telecom antennas and employing staff does not make a cooperative housing society an ‘industry’ under the Industrial Disputes Act or an ‘establishment’ under the Maharashtra Shops & Establishments Act, clarifying staff are not entitled to gratuity.
