Bombay HC Restores IMAX’s Enforcement of Foreign Awards Against E-City, Applying Res Judicata - (02 Jan 2026)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court recently revived IMAX Corporation’s enforcement proceedings to execute foreign arbitral awards against E-City Entertainment (I) Pvt Ltd, ruling that res judicata applies even across different stages of the same enforcement petition.
