J&K HC: Civil Remedy Alone Cannot Be Used To Quash Criminal Proceedings in Enso Tower Case - (31 Dec 2025)

J&K HC held that the existence of a civil dispute does not prevent criminal prosecution. The court refused to quash a 2020 theft FIR in the Enso Tower landlord-tenant dispute, noting the same facts may give rise to both civil and criminal remedies.
