Delhi HC: Non-Proof of Hearing Notice Dispatch Doesn’t by Itself Show no Personal Hearing Was Given - (30 Dec 2025)

Delhi High Court has ruled that the absence of documentary proof such as dispatch registers, postal receipts, or email records for a hearing notice does not, by itself, establish that the assessee was denied an opportunity of personal hearing.
