J&K&L HC: Second Arbitral Reference is Maintainable if Award is Set Aside Without Deciding Merits - (29 Dec 2025)

ARBITRATION

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court held that a second arbitral reference is maintainable when an award is set aside under Section 34 of the A&C Act without adjudication on the merits, leaving the underlying disputes unresolved.
