J&K&L HC: Arbitral Tribunal Not a “Court”; Giving False Evidence Before it Doesn’t Attract S.195 CrPC - (29 Dec 2025)

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court held that Section 195 CrPC does not apply to false evidence before an Arbitral Tribunal, as an arbitrator is not considered a “court” under the provision, clarifying the limits of criminal law in arbitral proceedings.
