Delhi High Court: Statutory Appeals Cannot Be Denied Due to DRAT Vacancies or Administrative Delays - (24 Dec 2025)

Delhi High Court observed that litigants cannot be denied an effective appellate remedy under debt recovery law even if their statutory appeal is delayed or remains unheard due to tribunal vacancies, recusals, or administrative challenges, ensuring access to justice is not compromised.
