J&K&L HC: Failure to Frame Limitation Issue Not Fatal; Courts May Examine Limitation Suo Motu - (23 Dec 2025)

LIMITATION

J&K and Ladakh High Court held that failure to frame a specific issue on limitation is not fatal, as courts can consider limitation within broader issues from the pleadings, provided no prejudice is caused to the parties, allowing limitation to be examined suo motu.
