SC: Delay in Depositing Sale Balance Does not Make Specific Performance Decree Inexecutable - (22 Dec 2025)

Supreme Court held that a buyer’s delay in depositing the balance sale consideration beyond the time fixed in the decree does not make a specific performance decree inexecutable, provided the buyer continued to be ready and willing to fulfil their obligations under the agreement.
