J&K&L High Court: Successive Bail Applications Can Be Filed Even Without Change in Circumstances - (22 Dec 2025)

CRIMINAL

High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh held that a change in circumstances is not required for filing successive bail applications, allowing the High Court to hear such pleas even if earlier bail requests were rejected by a lower criminal court.
