Supreme Court: Omissions in Chief Examination Can Be Rectified During Cross-Examination - (18 Dec 2025)

Supreme Court held that omissions in a witness’s examination-in-chief can be remedied during cross-examination, ruling in a case on the validity of a Will that failure of an attesting witness to state certain facts initially does not by itself render the Will invalid.
