Allahabad High Court: Law Treats All Equally, State Cannot Gain Undue Benefit from Delay Condonation - (18 Dec 2025)

Allahabad High Court, addressing a 5,743-day delay in filing a Review Petition, held that government departments must act diligently, filing petitions on time, and emphasized that the law treats all equally, prohibiting the State from receiving undue benefit from condonation of delay.
